个人简介:

单昭,博士,研究员。实验室以药物性肝损伤(Drug Induced Liver InjuryDILI)和代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝病(Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver DiseaseMASLD)小鼠模型为模型,聚焦肝脏疾病发病机制与治疗策略研究。其研究成果发表在HepatologyeLifePLOS BiologyCell ReportsNature Communications等主流期刊。主持国家自然基金面上项目、云南省优秀青年等项目。

研究方向:

本课题组聚焦肝脏疾病发病机制与治疗策略研究,主要开展以下两个方向的工作:


1. 肝脏疾病免疫微环境调控研究

以药物性肝损伤(Drug Induced Liver InjuryDILI)和代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝病(Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver DiseaseMASLD)小鼠模型为基础,系统研究肝脏微环境中各类细胞(特别是免疫细胞)及肠道微生物在肝脏疾病中的作用机理,探索急慢性肝损伤过程中的关键分子事件,旨在发现新型治疗靶点和微生物源治疗药物。


2. 溶酶体-脂代谢调控机制研究

基于秀丽隐杆线虫溶酶体响应型脂质代谢动态监测系统,通过整合遗传筛选(全基因组规模)和化合物筛选(高通量)双轨策略,系统鉴定调控溶酶体功能的关键基因和活性小分子。结合哺乳动物模型验证,深入解析溶酶体调控脂质代谢的分子机制,为脂肪肝、肥胖等代谢性疾病的治疗提供新靶点。
